This calculator is designed to provide a general estimate of the potential time, capacity and commercial value that may be created when an agency outsources routine inspections.

The estimate considers the information entered by the user, including rent roll size, management radius, average Property Manager salary, average Property Manager portfolio size, average weekly rent and selected portfolio location type.
